EXECUTIVE PARTIONING | PREMIER
Detailed Description
Technical Information
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Executive Premier Range is a fully demountable and relocatable partitioning
system, which is installed spanning full height from floor to suspended
ceiling level, with any combination of solid elevation, full or half height
single or double glazing with integral blinds and door modules to facilitate
any internal layout.
Premier combines a primary steel or aluminium framework with the finesse
of powder coated architectural profiles to present a fully re-locatable
solution to the demands of a modern commercial environment.
The visible aluminium sections are powder coated in any RAL colour, and
can be easily cleaned using a general domestic cleaner and a damp cloth.
Please note that on no account should excessive amounts of water be
applied to the frame at any point.

Solid elevation partitioning comprises two faces of pre-decorated
plasterboard retained by vertical omega trims with colour coded inserts,
which complement the practically infinite combinations of profile colour and
vinyl decoration. As an alternative to the plasterboard option, the system is
fully interchangeable with the 70mm solid Monobloc system, which
incorporates pre-finished high density particle board panels with integral
service ducts. The panel finish is a pure p.v.c vinyl wallcovering, which can
be cleaned with a domestic cleaner, such as Jif, and a damp cloth. Please
note that on no account should excessive amounts of water be applied to
the panels at any point.

The system allows virtually any permutation of glazing to enhance or even
define a corporate identity. Standard glazing comprises 6.4mm laminated
safety glass and options for face fixed or integral cable operated Venetian
blinds. The system can also accept either toughened, Georgian wired or
Pyran glass to meet BS fire regulations and specifications. Manifestations can
be applied to the glass before or after installation, the design of which can
reflect a corporate image or company logo. Maintenance of the glass is
quite simply to use a domestic glass cleaner and cloth.

Double glazed units are sealed with glazing tape and will not allow any dust
or dirt to get into the unit. The blinds within such sealed units, therefore,
will not require any cleaning or maintenance. Defects with the operation of
the blinds should be reported to the installer for rectification. Face fixed
blinds to single glazing should be dusted or wiped with a damp cloth to
maintain their appearance. The aluminium slats are relatively fragile and
care should be taken not to damage them.

Door units comprise 826mm x 2040mm x 44mm solid core door leaves,
finished in any hardwood veneer, laminate or melamine. The doors are set
within powder coated universal reversible aluminium frames. Ironmongery
can either be aluminium, stainless steel, brass or colour coded nylon.
Maintenance of metal ironmongery should be with an associated polish,
whilst nylon ironmongery can be cleaned with a household cleaner and damp
cloth as required.
